Q: How do I start my home building or remodeling project with you?
A: The first step is to schedule a consultation with us. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. We’ll then provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, costs, and schedule.

Q: Can you help with design and architectural plans?
A: Absolutely. We offer design-build services, meaning we can manage your project from initial design through to completion. We work with skilled architects and designers who can bring your vision to life.

Q: How long does a typical project take?
A: Timelines vary depending on the project scope. A kitchen remodel might take several weeks, while building a custom home could take several months. We’ll provide a detailed timeline with your project proposal.

Cost and Financing

Q: How much will my project cost?
A: Costs vary widely based on the project’s complexity, materials selected, and the size of the space. After our initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a detailed estimate.

Q: Why is the cost of my project higher than expected?
A: The residential construction 8-year average inflation from 2013-2020 was 5.0%. In 2020 it was 4.5%. In 2021 it jumped to 14% and then in 2022 reached 15.7%. the highest on record. 2023 leveled off at around 4% and 2024 is expected to rise again 4-6%. Construction costs are 30-40% higher then just a couple years ago and will increase on average 5% per year.

Q: Do you offer financing options?
A: While we don’t provide financing directly, we can recommend reputable lenders who specialize in construction and home improvement loans.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your project on our schedule. The amount will be outlined in your contract.

During the Project

Q: Who will oversee my project?
A: Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager who will be your main point of contact. They will oversee all aspects of the project and keep you informed of progress. And our founder Rich Haislip is always deeply involved with every project and always available for consultation.

Q: Will I need to move out during the renovation?
A: This depends on the project scale. For major renovations, it might be more comfortable to relocate temporarily. For smaller projects, we’ll work with you to minimize disruption.

Q: How do you handle changes or additions to the project once it’s underway?
A: We understand that changes can occur. Any changes will be documented in a change order, outlining the new work, costs, and impact on the timeline.


Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?
A: We stand behind our work with a 2-year call us for anything warranty covering craftsmanship, subject to the terms outlined in your contract.
