Average All New Kitchen: $70,000 – $110,000+

Our Custom homes typically start at $240 per square foot and go up to $480+ per square foot. This is an average range we regularly see, and this is based on countless variations of materials, features, location, size, and complexity. There are many different areas of a home that factor into its average cost per square foot, Finished Square foot, Conditioned square foot, Under roof square foot, Unfinished square foot, Basement square foot, Crawl space square foot, Garage square foot, Porch and deck square foot, Driveway square foot, Hardscape square foot. All with their own varying cost per square foot. Economies of scale can also play a roll in a new homes total cost per square foot with larger homes having a sometimes lower cost per square foot then smaller homes.
