We will also prepare a detailed proposal, and provide a more accurate and refined budget estimate range based on the on-site assessment. Design & Development Phase
Fee: 3% – 6% of the estimated budget
What’s Included: In this phase, our design and development team works closely with you to bring your vision to life through comprehensive design drawings and detailed project plans. Our custom homes on average are priced between $300 and $450+ per finished square foot, with most homes landing in the mid $300s. The final cost per square foot depends on factors such as design complexity, material selections, features, location, size, and project intricacies. Each area of the home—finished and conditioned spaces, as well as basements, crawl spaces, garages, porches, decks, driveways, and landscaping—contributes uniquely to the overall cost.
